The councils of the Major and Senior Clubs in the City of Gáldar, led by Dolores Delgado Jorge and Antonio María Benítez Melián, have teamed up with the Gáldar and Sardina elders’ clubs to launch an innovative activity – Chair Yoga.

What is Chair Yoga?

Chair Yoga is an adapted fitness modality that enables seniors to perform stretching, breathing, and relaxation exercises with minimal physical effort, contributing to their well-being safely and effectively.
