Ordering Process
First, let us assure you that every product you buy through GS Store is guaranteed by the manufacturer and distributor. After a smooth shopping experience and order process, here’s what you can expect regarding delivery:
- Standard Products: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Pre-order products may have varying delivery times.
- Personalized Products: Delivery takes 5-7 working days.
- Campaign Periods: Shipping times may vary during intense and campaign periods.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS from the cargo company with the tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Shipping is free for orders over 1750 TL. For orders below that amount, there’s a 44,99 TL shipping fee. International orders have a delivery fee of 600 TL for up to 5 products.
Additional fees may apply due to customs laws and regulations of the country where the delivery is sent, and they are not the responsibility of our club.
If you’ve ordered a printed product, delivery times may vary, and deliveries will continue on working days, excluding public holidays. To check if your city is within the shipping area, contact support@gsstore.org or call 444 19 05.
