Peter Franzen expressed optimism about the transition, stating, We are very happy and relieved that we were able to find a tenant so quickly. He believes the new concept will bring a breath of fresh air to the streets and complement the Königsallee’s atmosphere.

The handover is planned for summer, with the Alo Yoga store expected to open in spring or summer 2027 following extensive renovations.
