The vhs Wartburgkreis in Eisenach informs interested volunteers and institutions about the advantages, the process and the possible uses of the federal voluntary service. The course leader Sandra Pauliks is an advisor to the Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks (BAFzA).
Excerpt from the course information: “Volunteering is worth it: as a volunteer you gain valuable life experience. As an assignment site, you benefit from dedicated support that gives your work additional inspiration.”
From 1 p.m., people interested in taking part in the Federal Voluntary Service will be advised. At 3 p.m., employment sites and companies will find out what they need to consider when accepting volunteers. Participation is free.

Yoga – the path to the inner center
Do you want to find the way to your inner center? In this course you will learn to connect body, mind and soul. With various asanas (physical exercises) the awareness of the here and now is strengthened. Through conscious breathing you will learn to find peace and relaxation.
The aim of the course is to have a positive effect on health, e.g. B. to achieve a higher respiratory volume. The yoga class begins with comprehensive relaxation and ends with the sun salutation.
