Smartwatches, sportswear, drinks, protein bars and even electric bikes are just a few examples of the rewards offered to Exo users on a brand new application launched this fall.
For the start-up launched at the end of 2022, the goal is to reward its users each time they carry out an activity in one of the partner gyms. The principle? In each gym, users have the opportunity to scan a QR Code which offers them “Exo coins” on the application. These virtual credits eventually allow users to obtain different lots from around fifteen brands.
Following a fundraising of one million euros in June, the young company intends to continue its development after having established agreements with 300 gyms in France, mainly in Paris. By integrating this fun aspect into the practice, Exo hopes to encourage more and more people to engage in regular physical and sporting activity. The platform now claims 30,000 users who scan at least once a month.
