ESBB 60 and Over Club: President Med Marah and Jacqueline Eugène Discuss Recovery Activities and New Sports Offerings for Members

The president of the ESBB 60 years and over club of Buxerolles Med Marah and Jacqueline Eugène take stock of the recovery activities. They express their satisfaction and joy at sharing activities with club members. “ It is an immense joy and great pride to share with everyone these ten years, filled with memorable moments, precious friendships and shared laughter. Since our creation a decade ago, our club has been a place of sharing and conviviality for our members. We developed various activities that enriched our mornings, strengthened our bonds and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.. The members created a strong community, a family that supported each other through good times and tough times,” says Med Marah.

Members aged 60 and over are not limited to badminton, they explore other sports, such as pétanque, bowling, aquagym, rackets, cycling, walking, and today rebound tennis . “ The diversity of sports allows you to work different muscle groups, thus promoting the development of strength, endurance, flexibility and physical and mental balance. », adds the president.

Adapted sport

The club has just opened its doors to adapted sports, which has allowed it to welcome young players. For Jacqueline Eugène, their host, “nWe are happy to share this hobby with very young people. On the court, bonds are forged, friendship is strengthened whatever the age and social level. We do everything we can to welcome and make everyone feel good within our club. »

Several activities are coming: March 22 family sports; on April 11 meeting with students from Jules-Verne college; May 17 duo sports, badminton and rebound tennis; in June annual pétanque tournament.

Accessible to all, the ESSB 60 and over club is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Contribution €70.
