Club Necaxa reports the signing of Mexican defender Emilio Lara Contreras, who joins the Rayos on loan, starting the session in the Apertura 2024 tournament.
Originally from Mexico City, Emilio has worn the Águilas del América jersey throughout his career and at just 22 years old, he has an interesting career in Mexican soccer.
Lara had his formative process with Coapa, integrating categories such as Under 13, Under 15, Under 17, Second Division and Under 20, until reaching his long-awaited professional debut in 2021 facing Rayados de Monterrey. The Mexican defender has more than 40 appearances in the first division, which have given him confidence and allowed him to continue developing his football career.
Emilio is characterized by being a tough defender, with defensive order, a lot of attention to marking and great incorporation into the attack, skills that can help the team directed by Professor Eduardo Fentanes. Lara will arrive in the next few days to the Aguascalientes team with the intention of fighting for his place in the professor’s starting eleven.
