Eisenach is set to offer a comprehensive schedule of wellness courses beginning in March 2026, catering to a variety of fitness levels and preferences. Yoga Offerings for Every Level
Several yoga courses are available, including options for beginners and experienced practitioners. “Yoga on the chair” provides a modified approach, slightly modified and simplified, but remain very effective and can also be carried out in many everyday situations.
This course focuses on improving mobility, balance, and coordination. A traditional Hatha Yoga advanced course is also available for those with prior experience, delving deeper into ancient yogic techniques.
For those seeking relaxation, “Yoga in the evening” utilizes elements of Yin, meridian, and restorative yoga to promote inner peace and restful sleep.
Beyond Yoga: Qi Gong and Sound Healing
The program extends beyond yoga, offering courses in Qi Gong and sound healing. Qi Gong, focusing on the 18 health exercises

All courses will be held at the vhs Eisenach office, with one exception. The relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls course will take place in a studio in downtown Eisenach, with specific location details provided upon registration.
