Both badminton players from Drop Shot and Dunlop-DKC won their matches on Saturday. Drop Shot beat BC Amersfoort 7-1 and Dunlop-DKC won 6-2 at Roosters.
In the home game, Drop Shot (photo) beat Decorete BC Armsfoot 7-1. Only the opening double of Nick Fransmann and Timo Stoffelen was missing. They lost to Ruben Wijnand and Bart Hoxbergen 17-21 and 12-21. Then securing victory in The Hague were Nick Fransmann, Natalia Perminova, Lars Kroes, Bart Hoxbergen, Novi Wieland and the mixed doubles of Timo Stoffelen/Iris van Leysen and Lars Kroes/Novi Wieland. After eight matches, the badminton players of The Hague had a big score on the scoreboard: 7-1.

Another Hague representative, Dunlop-DKC, the reigning national champion, also had a seemingly easy Saturday night at Paul Knipp Keuken’s Roosters: 6-2. That will do without leader Marc Caljou.
