Dausa. On Saturday, a special yoga and medical camp was organized at Vedic Vanasthali School Gayatri Nagar, in which children were given information related to the importance of yoga and health. In this camp, while giving group yoga practice to the children, it was told that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a complete philosophy of life, which promotes physical, mental and spiritual health.
Through yoga, children were told about the importance of freedom from stress and anxiety, self-discipline, and self-awareness. It was also said that yoga helps in developing a positive attitude towards life.
Founder of Vedic Vanasthali School Upendra Jaiman, Naresh Jaiman, Yoga Guru Suresh Sharma, Shivratan Naila, Lokesh Sanskrit, Dr. Harsh, Kirti, Kanta Jaiman and Jyoti were present in the program.
