Yoga Instructor Daniela Pulido Rodriguez Brings Holistic Healing to Spittal and Lendorf
Daniela Pulido Rodriguez from Lendorf Yoga has been teaching for more than a year. In the Spittal area, it now offers eight courses a week. With the clear attitude that yoga strengthens body, mind and soul equally, she hits the nerve of time.
Training and Philosophy
The Lendorf-based instructor, Daniela Pulido Rodriguez, has completed a 200-hour certification from the International Yoga Alliance. She continually deepens her knowledge by training in various yoga styles such as Yin Yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, pelvic floor training, and residual orga yoga. “It is important to me to deepen my knowledge. So I can offer my participants the best possible accompaniment,” Daniela states.
Regular yoga practice under Daniela’s guidance is open to both beginners and advanced practitioners. She adapts each lesson to the group’s needs, ensuring everyone can participate according to their abilities.
Classes for Every Phase of Life
In addition to regular classes, Daniela offers specialized groups to cater to different needs and stages of life. She leads yoga classes for pregnant women at the Gravidarium Spittal and Yoga 60+ at the Spittal therapy center. While she’s not currently planning children’s yoga classes, she keeps an open mind to future developments.
The Benefits of Yoga
Yoga, under Daniela’s guidance, offers numerous physical and mental benefits. Physically, it strengthens muscles, improves posture and mobility, and promotes balance and coordination. Mentally, it calms the nervous system, increases mindfulness, and promotes emotional resilience. Yoga can also aid in managing back or neck complaints.

Incorporating Yoga into Daily Life
To feel the effects of yoga, Daniela recommends practicing 2-3 times a week. However, even a few minutes daily can make a difference. For time-strapped individuals, she suggests incorporating favorite poses into daily routines, conscious breathing exercises, or brief movement breaks.
“Yoga not only happens on the mat,” Daniela says. “It happens everywhere – in the bathroom, in the kitchen, in the garden or even in the waiting room.”
Personal Approach to Yoga
For Daniela, yoga is a holistic practice that adapts to her needs. “Sometimes I need peace and ground, sometimes energy and clarity. Yoga gives me exactly what is important at the moment.” The demand for yoga continues to grow, with many seeking balance and a calmer pace of life. Daniela views online classes as supplements but prefers in-person lessons for the personal connection they offer.
