Colombia’s Fencers Gear Up for 2024 Bolivarian Youth Games in Sucre

At the Max Toledo Poly Gymnasium Combat Coliseum, from April 5 to 7, four fencers will represent Colombia during the 2024 Bolivarian Youth Games, which will be held in Sucre, the historical and constitutional capital of Bolivia, from April 4 to 14. April.

Each National Olympic Committee may participate with a delegation of six athletes, three per gender, to register a maximum of one competitor in each event.

During the women’s, men’s and mixed competitions, a total of 27 medals will be awarded (7 gold, 7 silver, 13 bronze), highlighting that there will be two third places in the individual events and that all participants will receive a participation diploma.

Colombia attends with four fencers, two in epee and one in both foil and saber, to the competition that takes place from April 5 to 7, the coach accompanying the delegation is Mario Cárdenas Rosabal.
