Colombia won bronze in the Calima Triathlon America Cup

Americans Sullivan Middaugh and Keller Norland took first and second place, with times of 57:06 and 58:16, respectively.

Hugo Mario Ruíz finished in third place in the elite men’s category, after a time of 58 minutes and 33 seconds, in the Copa Américas Triathlon.

Both the male and female elite groups completed a course, in the Calima Lake sector, consisting of 750 meters of swimming, 20 kilometers of cycling and 5 km of running (in that order).

In the elite female branch, Valentina Álvarez was the best Colombian, occupying fifth place. set with a time of one hour, 7 minutes and 40 seconds. While, Raquel Solis Guerrero (Costa Rica) was the winner of the competition with a mark of one hour, 6 minutes and 35 seconds.
