Colby Women’s Tennis Prepares for 2026 Season Opener Against Endicott

Mules Ready to Build on Fall Momentum

Waterville, Maine – The Colby College Women’s Tennis team is set to start its 2026 spring season this Sunday, March 1st, hosting the Endicott College Gulls on Mayflower Hill. The Mules are coming off a successful fall tournament schedule and aim to carry that momentum into the head-to-head matchups.

Leadership and Returning Players

The team will be guided by senior captains Amelie Gal and Isabella Suk. The entire team returns from last year, including three first-year players: Kat Lowy, Soumya Wijesekera, and Tina Barrow.

“Colby Women’s Tennis is ready to roll!” stated Head Coach Erin Reeves.

Reeves is entering her fourth spring season with the team, assisted by Devin Lachapelle, who joined the program in the spring of 2024.

Upcoming Schedule

Following the match against Endicott, the Mules will face NESCAC opponents Hamilton and Amherst on the road. They will then travel to Waltham, Mass., to play Brandeis before embarking on a spring break trip to Georgia and South Carolina.

Colby aims to secure a spot in the NESCAC tournament for the fifth consecutive season.
