The ATP 500 Beijing, also known as the China Open, will be held from September 28 to October 4, and the exciting announcement of its star-studded lineup has already started.

China, one of the most powerful countries in the world, is once again ready to host the players of the moment. The number two on the ATP ranking, Carlos Alcaraz, has confirmed his presence in the championship known as the China Open, to be held in Beijing.

The last edition of the tournament, in 2019, saw Dominic Thiem lift the trophy before the fans of the area. A Look at Carlos Alcaraz’s Season So Far

The tournament confirmed his participation through a social media message that was echoed by sports media worldwide. This season, Carlos Alcaraz has been having a mixed bag of wins and losses. He reached the semifinals in Roland Garros, where he lost to Novak Djokovic, but won the Masters 1000 in Madrid and Barcelona. He also had mixed results in Miami and Indian Wells, losing in the semifinals of the former and winning the final of the latter. He began the season with successful debuts in Argentina and Brazil and finished as runner-up to Cameron Norrie in Rio de Janeiro.
