The five-time Grand Slam champion, Iga Swiatek from Poland, and last year’s Wimbledon finalist, Jasmine Paolini from Italy, are through to the semi-finals. Swiatek defeated Russian Jekaterina Alexandrowa 6: 4, 7: 6 (7: 5), while Paolini won against Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia 7: 5, 7: 5.
