Alice Kong Inaugurates the Catherine Lacoste Scholarship

Versailles, France – Sixteen-year-old Alice Kong has been named the inaugural recipient of the Catherine Lacoste scholarship, a recent program designed to bolster support for promising young golfers in France.

A New Era of Support for French Golf

The Catherine Lacoste scholarship, established through a partnership between the French Golf Federation (FFGolf) and the Porosus endowment fund, recognizes and rewards exceptional amateur golfers. Kong, a member of the French teams and currently ranked as the nation’s third-best amateur player, is the first to benefit from this initiative.

The scholarship provides a financial grant of 10,000 euros to assist with competition expenses, travel, and equipment costs.
