Key Addition via Transfer Portal

The Alabama Crimson Tide have bolstered their roster with the addition of veteran tight end Jack Sammarco, who spent the past season at West Virginia. The 6’6″, 240-pound Sammarco brings experience and size to the Tide’s offense.

Jack is an incredible young man and a very good player. We’re proud of what he accomplished here and are excited to see what he does at Alabama.

Proven Production and Experience

• Sammarco recorded 4 catches for 4 yards in his rookie season with the Mountaineers.
• He appeared in all 13 games in 2024, playing 203 snaps with 80 snaps at tight end.
• Sammarco was a three-star recruit in high school, earning all-state honors after recording 27 catches for 315 yards and 5 touchdowns.
