RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
A period of 30 days is established for returns and product changes.
To make the return and exchange with the home service, the User must follow the following steps:
- The User must inform via email to atencion@sportline.com.pa specifying the items they wish to return, the reason, photo of the product, copy of their ID and purchase invoice. Returns will not be accepted if the aforementioned documents are not included.
- If approved, SPORTLINE will send you the transport guide via email to make the return and in turn make the corresponding payment for the freight.
- SPORTLINE will confirm via email the receipt of the product in its warehouse.
- The transportation company will coordinate directly with the User the date/time of collection and subsequent delivery of the product.
In case of return and exchange of the product in stores, the procedure is as follows:
- The User must go to the store of their choice with the item they wish to return, with their ID and purchase invoice.
- The store will receive the item, review it and validate that it is in suitable condition to accept the return.
- All product returns in stores must be duly authorized by the manager or person in charge of the store.
- The item will be returned and exchanged.
