The Meeting of the Committee on Status and Transfers of Football Players of the Association “Belarusian Football Federation” (ABFF) took place on June 19, with notable decisions and outcomes:

Kuchinsky’s Dispute Settlement

In connection with the parties settlement agreement, the proceedings for the statement of the football player Kuchinsky A.S. were continued. On the repayment of the debt of GU “FC” Molodechno-2018 “for remuneration (final calculation). Having studied the advisable additional documents and evidence, the committee came to the conclusion that the applicant’s claims to the club due to the lack of legal grounds for their satisfaction on the basis of the terms of the employment contract concluded between the parties.

The Committee emphasized the importance of written coordination of all cooperation conditions with the club and their direct inclusion in the text of the labor agreement for football players.

Disciplinary Actions & appeals

The Committee disqualified defender of Minsk Dikhtievsky for two matches following his appeal. Additionally, Brest Dynamo was fined for other infringements.

The appeals of coaches Radushko O.A. and Cretaceker V.V. regarding debt collections and the rights of professional coaches were transferred to the next meeting as the representatives of Mogilev club were not present.

Lida’s Player Registration Dispute

The Committee left the FC Lida GU’s petition regarding the registration of player Sosnovsky A.A. without consideration, as the issue was already regulated by ABFF rules.
