H1: Michigan Wolverines Unveil 2026 Baseball Schedule: Key Matchups and Home Stand Details**

Alright, Wolverines fans, mark your calendars! The University of Michigan baseball team, under the guidance of head coach Tracy Smith, has just announced its 2026 schedule, merging excitement with a hefty dose of challenge. Let’s dive into the key aspects of the upcoming season.

Season Kickoff in Arizona and Texas

The Wolverines will start their 2026 campaign at the Inaugural College Baseball Series in Surprise, Arizona, from Feb. 13 to 16. They’ll face Oregon State (twice), Stanford, and Arizona in what promises to be a exhilarating start to the season. Following this, they’ll head to Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, to take on Florida State, Louisville, and Kansas State.

Non-Conference Clash in California

Before diving into Big Ten play, Michigan will travel to sunny California. They’ll lock horns with San Diego and Pepperdine in three-game series each, with a midweek game against Cal State Northridge thrown in for good measure.

Home Opener and Conference Kicks Off

The Wolverines will host their first home game on March 10 against Western Michigan. Shortly after, they’ll jet back to California for their opening Big Ten series against UCLA.

Home Stand and Conference Slate

Michigan will enjoy a five-game home stand, welcoming Toledo, Michigan State (twice), and Nebraska. They’ll face off against conference foes Oregon, Northwestern, Washington, and Ohio State at home, while traveling to Rutgers, Michigan State, Maryland, and Minnesota.

New season tickets are currently available. Fans can also join the ticket interest list to be notified of single-game ticket sales and receive special offers throughout the season.
