The Japan Professional Basketball League (referred to as B.LEAGUE), an association incorporated in the public interest (referred to as “B.LEAGUE”), will hold an auction in January 2025 on Yahoo Auction, the largest online service that auction in Japan by LINE Yahoo, Inc. (herein referred to as LINE Yahoo) A charity auction (referred to as “this auction”) for “Resona Group B.LEAGUE ALL-STAR GAME WEEKEND 2025 IN FUNABASHI” will be held from the 27th (Monday).
This auction will be held on January 18 (Saturday) and January 19 (Sunday), with B.LEAGUE’s social responsibility event “B.Hope” taking the lead, and with the cooperation of the Japan Basketball Players Association and their clubs. “Resona Group B.LEAGUE ALL-STAR GAME WEEKEND 2025 IN FUNABASHI” will be held, the uniforms worn by the participating players on that day will be autographed and put up for sale*1. (planned for 38 players)
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Japan Basketball Players Association’s “JBPA ASSIST*2” project and will be used to support the activities of organizations and individuals (including players) working to support disaster recovery, solving social issues, and popularizing basketball.
*1 In this auction, we have introduced identity verification during bidding to ensure safe, secure and smooth transactions. Users who want to bid must submit identity verification documents to LINE Yahoo in advance, and can bid after being screened by LINE Yahoo.
