Yoga Shanti Association Hosts Meditation-Focused Yoga Internship
Weekend Intensive Explores Yoga and Meditation
The Yoga Shanti association hosted its annual internship over the weekend of April 12-13, inviting both members and external participants to explore the themes of yoga and meditation. The event was held in the Adam room.
50 Participants Dive into Meditative State
Over the course of the weekend, a total of 50 participants split across Saturday and Sunday engaged in postural practices, theoretical discussions, group exchanges, and song sessions. The common goal was to understand and experience meditation within the context of yoga.
The theme of meditation was chosen not only by the Yoga Shanti association but also by the French Yoga Institute for the year 2025.

The internship was co-animated by Isabelle Reynaud (professor of Ify in Lyon) and Aline Bournery (professor of Ify in Langres). They led participants in defining, recognizing, and experiencing the meditative state through guided practices and discussions.
