On January 31st The new Hatha yoga course begins at the DRK local association in Celle. This course is aimed at adults of all ages who want to protect and maintain their health. It is suitable for beginners and those returning to the sport.
Health-promoting suggestions, gentle yoga positions, breathing exercises and longer periods of relaxation lead to better body awareness and help prevent illnesses and health problems.
As a recognized prevention course, up to 80% of the costs can be reimbursed by your health insurance company. The course includes 10 units of 90 minutes each. It begins on Friday, January 31st, 2025 and will take place from 10:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. in the movement room of the DRK local association at Fundumstrasse 1.
