Spring into Wellness: Varese Courses Expands Yoga and Pilates Offerings
Varese Courses is set to launch a comprehensive schedule of yoga and pilates classes for Spring 2026, designed to improve both physical and mental well-being. The program offers a variety of options to suit different levels and needs, from beginner-friendly sessions to more dynamic and specialized courses.
Yoga Courses
Yoga Masterclasses
A special yoga masterclass will be held on , from 10:00 to 11:30 at the Calcinate Fish Hub. This immersive session is ideal for those who want to deepen breathing techniques, postures and relaxation

Yoga for All Ages and Levels
- Yoga Over 50: Starting , this 10-week course (Mondays, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM at the Calcinate del Pesce Hub) is
designed to maintain elasticity, mobility and muscle tone after the age of fifty
. - Yoga for Everyone: Beginning (Mondays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Garibaldi Gym) and (Tuesdays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Motta classrooms and hall), this course is
suitable for those who want to get closer to yoga or consolidate their practice
. - Gentle Yoga During Lunch Break: Starting (Mondays, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Motta classrooms and hall), this class
helps to release the tensions accumulated during the day and to regain concentration and energy
. - Gentle Yoga and Relaxation: Commencing (Wednesdays, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Motta classrooms and hall), this path is
ideal for those looking for a slow and accessible practice, centered on breathing and the release of tension

Varese Courses also offers a range of Pilates classes:
- Pilates Mat (for everyone): Available online and at various locations (Calcinate del Pesce Hub, Motta classrooms and hall, Canetta Elementary School) with multiple start dates and times.
- Pilates in a Lunch Break: Offered at the Motta classrooms and hall and Calcinate del Pesce Hub, providing a
perfect appointment to regenerate during the lunch break
. - Pilates Dolce: Starting (Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Calcinate del Pesce Hub), this course is
a softer and more controlled version of Pilates
