Selb, Germany – The Fichtelgebirge Adult Education Center is launching a new relaxation course, Yoga meets Sound Bath
, beginning April 13th. The course aims to assist participants achieve harmony between body and mind.
Combining Yoga and Sound Therapy
The course blends classic Hatha and Yin yoga practices. Participants will engage in simple standing, turning and balancing exercises designed to improve physical mobility and promote inner peace. Conscious breathing techniques will be incorporated to enhance mental relaxation.
Following the yoga session, participants will experience a sound bath. Crystal bowls will be used to create gentle sounds and vibrations intended to facilitate deep relaxation and reduce everyday stress.
Who is this course for?
The course is particularly well-suited for beginners with no prior yoga experience. Yet, it is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with cardiac arrhythmias.
The goal is to provide a respite from daily life and equip participants with sustainable stress management techniques.
