In the new year, the Taufkirchen Unterhaching neighborhood help group is offering a special offer for children aged 8 to 11: from January 29, 2025, young yogis can harmonize body and mind on an imaginative journey.
Under the leadership of the experienced yoga teacher for children, Ines Krätzschmar, the participating girls and boys experience how exciting and varied yoga can be. Together they slip into the roles of heroes, acrobats or Indians and meet the yoga bee, the owl and the gorilla. Through physical and breathing exercises as well as meditation, tensions can be reduced and the mind can be freed for new things. The playful training not only promotes motor and social development, but also self-confidence.

When: 5x Wednesdays, January 29th to February 26th, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m
