Yoga at midday is ideal for recharging your energy, switching off and staying healthy. Dani, a well-known and experienced yoga teacher from London, is always waiting for you in the park at the bee museum / swing bridge when the weather is nice. With her own mix of Yin, Jivamutki and Vinyasa, she addresses your needs, whether beginner or advanced.
Price: 17 euros Mat: bring it with you or let us know if you need one.
All lessons suitable for all ages and abilities, English and German.
