ATP Finals 2024, participants and players: Is Alexander Zverev at the Tennis World Championships?
Three players are now qualified for the 2024 ATP Finals. Alexander Zverev is one of them as third on the seeding list, the other two are Jannik Sinner (number one on the seeding list) and Carlos Alcaraz (number two on the seeding list).
Eight players are taking part in the tournament, with two more as potential replacements. The eight players are the eight players who were able to collect the most points in the “ATP Race for Turin” by the deadline on November 9th. If a Grand Slam winner this year does not make it into the top eight and is in the top 20, he will be given preference over the eighth person in the rankings.
Once the participants have been determined, they are divided into two groups of four. In the groups, everyone plays against each other once, and the best two players in both groups advance to the semi-finals. The final takes place on November 17th.
