MPOX or monkeypox caused 15,000 cases and 461 deaths according to the WHO.

Maria Van Kerkhove, Director of Epidemic and Pandemic Prevention at WHO, has called on countries with vaccines to donate and collaborate with WHO to better combat MPOX, reports AfricaNews.

Common symptoms of monkeypox include fever, body aches, fatigue, and a highly contagious rash and sores.
