Throughout the summer you can practice yoga in two different places thanks to yogi Marcelo, who manages to give his sessions free of charge for everyone who wants to connect with their interior and discover the part of yoga philosophy.
At the Banfield Fishing and Hunting Club and the Conurbania you can access practices that provide peace, wisdom and personal fulfillment, as he says. Marcelo or Madhyama Budhi what is your name yogi.
“I don’t just teach yoga, but I live the philosophy I explain,” emphasizes the yogi He does not consider himself a yoga teacher because what he does is pass on his way of life to those who come to learn in what he calls yoga “sessions.”
To find out what the sessions are like, it is important to participate because they are for people of all ages with or without prior knowledge. Marcelo started on this path of yoga 38 years ago and what he did was pass it on in a very different way. “For us, the spiritual path is sacred, it cannot be sold,” explains the yogi, who for this reason offers his sessions free of charge.
Respecting the philosophical principle that if the sacred is sold, it ceases to be sacred, the spiritual path will not be a profitable job.
One of the differences that Madhyama Buddhi shows about what he gives in his sessions is that he does not do the usual relaxation. “With me they move not only the physical, the physiological and the psychological. I teach the six traditional philosophies of the classical era,” he said.
Regarding the free nature of his sessions, he explained: “Respecting the philosophical principle that if the sacred is sold, it ceases to be sacred, the spiritual path does not become a useful work.”
Neighbors who want to know these sessions can come on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:30 pm to the Fishing and Hunting Club located at Alsina 527, Banfield Este or on Sundays from 5:00 pm to Conurbania, at Alsina 251, Banfield Este.
“I have been at Conurbania for four years and since September last year at the Fishing and Hunting Club. All you need to bring is a mat or mat if possible, comfortable clothing and no need to reserve a place in advance because in both places the space is wide,” explained Marcelo, who also said that since March he has been giving talks on philosophies related to yoga.
