West Aceh Prepares to Host Aceh’s 16th Popda Games
Meulaboh – West Aceh County is finalizing preparations to host the 16th Aceh Region Students Sports Week (Popda), a major bi-annual student sporting event. The event is scheduled to take place in June 2022, bringing together teams from 23 counties and cities across Aceh Province.

To ensure a smooth and successful event, the West Aceh County Government, led by Bupati Aceh Barat, has been actively involved in coordination meetings. A recent meeting, held on November 24, 2021, at the Bappeda Conference Hall, focused on budget planning and event implementation mechanisms.
