A dedicated baseball fan headed to Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi for the first time this year on April 26, 2025, only to face a train delay due to strong winds and a high-mounted steel bridge at Kumagane.

The fan waited for about an hour and 20 minutes before resuming their journey, arriving at Sendai Station an hour and 30 minutes late.

Arrival at Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi

Upon arrival, the fan managed to grab a seat in the infield, close to the outfield, before the game started.

Fan Club Perks and Seating Comfort

As a fan club perk, the attendee secured a cushioned seat worth 4,000 yen, typically reduced to 2,000 yen with membership. Though comfortable, the cold wind made winter clothes a necessity, and discouraged beer consumption.

Dinner consisted of Riku’s beef tongue curry rice, priced at 950 yen (tax included). Draft beer cost 800 yen, and a highball was 680 yen, all unchanged from the previous year.
