Vladimir Zografski finished the legendary ski jumping circuit “The Four Chances” with points.
In the last round in Bischofshofen, our representative in the elite of this sport finished 27th. In the first round, he won the duel with Tomofumi Naito (Yap), achieving 125.5 meters against the Asian’s 123.5. So Zografski entered the top 30 and qualified for the round in which the points are distributed.
In his second jump, the 31-year-old blacksmith achieved 130.5 meters, but the wind conditions were not very favorable.
In an extremely dramatic final, the victory was taken by the representative of the hosts from Austria, Daniel Chofenig, who also received the “Golden Eagle” award for first place in the final ranking.
Zografsky is 26th, and in 2019 and 2022 was 18th and 22nd respectively. The Bulgarian star won points in three of the tournaments in the “Four Chances”. In Oberstdorf and Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Ger) he was 27th and 26th respectively. Only in Innsbruck did he fail to enter the top 30 and remained in 42nd place after losing the duel with Kristoffer Eriksen Sundvall (Nor).
After Zografski, Olympic champion Marius Lindvik (Nor) remained in Bischofshofen.
