Objective Achieved
The Venezuelan Judoka team traveled to Brazil to secure vital points for the Junior Pan American Games 2025. The competition in Rio de Janeiro was fierce, with Brazil’s home advantage allowing them to field multiple Judoka per category. However, the Venezuelan athletes still managed to secure critical points for their qualification to Asunción (2025). “The team tried its best, achieving an impressive performance. Despite Brazil’s formidable lineup, we strategically navigated the competition to maximize our points in key divisions,” said Sensei Kilmar Campos, Director of the Venezuelan Judo Federation (Fevejudo).
Pan American Asunción Games 2025
The Pan American Asunción Games 2025 will commence on August 9. Judo competitions will be finalized on April 21, when the Pan American ranking closes. This event is a significant opportunity for the Venezuelan team to showcase their skills and secure a spot in the upcoming games.
