Union tied against Barranquilla and remains undefeated

Unión Magdalena achieved a valuable 1-1 draw as a visitor against Barranquilla FC at the ‘Romelio Martínez’ stadium, from the capital of the Atlantic, in a match corresponding to the fourth date of the promotion tournament. The team from Santa Marta, despite not having played its best, achieved the result that keeps it unbeaten and in third place in the championship.

The goal for the ‘banana team’ was scored by Orles Aragón in the 61st minute, while the home team’s equaliser was scored by Jean Pool Torres Cañete, eight minutes later. The next match for Jorge Luis Pinto’s team will be on Saturday, August 17 against Deportes Quindío at the ‘Sierra Nevada’ stadium.
