Difficult Day for Ecuadorian Footballers

It has been a challenging day for Ecuadorian footballers as two players called up to the national team have suffered injuries, ruling them out of the upcoming South American qualifying matches.

Enner Valencia, during Inter Porto Alegre’s match against Palmeiras, had to withdraw due to discomfort in the back of his right leg.

Leonardo Campana Replaces Enner Valencia

Jhoanner Chávez, in the Pro League match between Aucas and Independiente del Valle, suffered a partial tear in his hamstrings.
