Tripada Yoga ® for pregnant women adapts our Tripada Yoga Basic ® course to the needs of pregnant women.
Like all of our courses, this course is recognized by the Central Prevention Testing Center and is based on our own Tripada Yoga ® course concept. We recommend waiting for the pregnancy to consolidate, i.e. around the end of the third month. Before starting a yoga course, it is necessary to ask your doctor for an assessment. Physical exercises during pregnancy should only be carried out as long as they are good for you. There should be no medical concerns about attending a yoga course.
An essential aspect of yoga practice during pregnancy is the relaxing balancing of the body’s stress response combined with the stabilization and maintenance of the supporting leg, buttocks and back muscles through asanas in a sensible sequence and alignment.
