SoDakini aerial yoga classes are the union of different experiences such as Embodied Yoga and aerial arts, a practice that inspires because it is peaceful between the earth and the sky!
Embodied Yoga which comes from the word embodied is a sensory practice where your universe is at the center. With attention and through your body in motion, you immerse yourself in your feelings and allow them to exist. A practice of listening so that each change brings you closer to your own integrity.
Using a hammock (cloth), aerial yoga takes us out of traditional postures to allow us new forms of connections and areas of exploration. Gaining height, lowering your weight, putting yourself in suspension, moving in 3D offers us new relationships with your body and its physical and emotional limits. Learning to let go, to accept the support of the cradle, to settle, is also part of the SoDakini method.
In addition to building muscle strength, aerial yoga has particular benefits for balance, fluidity, spinal decompression, full-body stretching and self-confidence.
