My journey and my philosophy

I have always been fascinated by the physical and spiritual dimension of the human body. Understanding our body, our tensions and our feelings is for me a real puzzle, the resolution of which contributes to our well-being. This involves movement, self-care, but also understanding our body and our emotions, because everything is intimately linked.

This is how I encountered yoga, much more than a series of physical exercises, a discipline that touches on deep and subtle dimensions. The values of yoga, such as kindness, compassion and non-violence, are at the heart of my teaching. For me, yoga is a true philosophy of life, a way to connect with oneself and others.

Yoga has become a pillar of my life, allowing me to better understand myself in a holistic way, to the point of no longer being able to leave my mat. My professional activity must be in line with my values, which is why I trained in Yoga.

I continue to deepen my knowledge of body language, anatomy and different approaches to yoga, to enrich myself with this diversity and share it during my classes and events. Yoga is a path of life, a path that invites us to remain a student throughout our lives and to continue learning every day.
