The second edition of the “Namasté” Yoga and Wellness Festival was held

The second “Namasté” Yoga and Wellness Festival that took place this Saturday in Plaza de las Banderas brought together hundreds of neighbors who gathered to enjoy an afternoon full of health and relaxation activities.

The event, which started at 6 in the evening, was sponsored by the Municipality of Tandil through the Territorial Approach and Sports Directorates of the Secretariat of Human Development and Habitat, with the support of various institutions in the city. After the successful experience of 2023, this year the festival has grown and many activities and proposals are offered designed for all ages and levels of experience.

Throughout the day, attendees enjoyed a variety of activities, which included everything from comprehensive yoga, Tai Chi and pranayama techniques, to sound vibrational experiences and Reiki tunnels.

The event is also distinguished by its solidarity approach, because, as part of the initiative, Christmas food is collected destined for organizations that work in early childhood.

The afternoon began with the “musical call” of the musicians Javier Pujol, Leandro Rearte and Matías Rivero Berti, who started the festival with an immersive sound proposal that invites relaxation. Then the stations are opened, offering various simultaneous activities, allowing the participants to rotate and live different experiences in those spaces.

Closing the event, which lasted until after 9:30 p.m., an experience of deep spiritual connection, with a yoga practice for spinal health, Indian music “Indiafusion” with Verónica Facciolla and an emotional song through the mantras of Guillermo Valetutto and the Mantrico Shanti Choir of the NGO Paz Interior.

In addition to the activities, the day has a fair sector where local entrepreneurs offer products related to well-being.
