Telepizza is the new main sponsor of the Estudiantes Basketball Club, and of the quarry teams and the Movistar Estudiantes Campus, reports the company in the pizza sector that has been in Spain for more than 35 years.
The brand of Madrid origin reaches more than 32 million customers in Spain thanks to a network of more than 700 restaurants. José Asensio, director of Brand and Institutional Relations at Movistar Estudiantes, expressed himself as “very happy” to include a brand like Telepizza in the student family.
“It is a leading and pioneering brand in its sector, in which many generations have grown up and today it continues its commitment to the young public with this agreement to promote basketball grassroots,” he said.
For her part, Claudia Acosta, Marketing Director of Telepizza, assured that this agreement is “another step” in Telepizza’s commitment to sports. “This is a field that is completely related to the brand in which we have been leading for decades. Telepizza and major sports celebrations are the unmistakable pairing in Spain,” he said.
