This state-of-the-art venue, which will be located in the municipality of Sabaneta at a crossroads that connects with Medellín, Envigado, Itagüí and La Estrella, aims to be one of the main venues for shows and events in Colombia.

With a total investment of $200,000 million, this space is intended to be a symbol of growth and innovation for the territory. This venue, designed for entrepreneurial, cultural and artistic events, is projected to accommodate 16,000 people.

It is estimated that this venue will host more than 75 events annually, such as conventions, fairs, sporting events and musical performances, among many others.

Representatives estimate that in its first year of operations the project could receive more than 550,000 visitors, which would generate an economic impact of approximately $300 billion in sectors such as tourism, hotels, commerce and gastronomy.

Sum of strategic alliances

During the presentation of Arena Primavera, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dharma Dual Living was established, which marks the beginning of a joint strategic alliance.

In addition to Arena Primavera, which is expected to be completed in 2026, the Colviva Group will also begin construction in Sabaneta on the Dharma Dual Living complex, a housing strategy to support the massive stage. There, visitors will have access to rest and lodging areas, as well as a lobby, swimming pool, gym, conference rooms and coworking.

The first tower of this accommodation project, with a focus on environmental sustainability, would be delivered in 2028, two years after the start of operations of the entertainment center.
