Goyang Sono, currently ranked 7th in the professional basketball league, achieved a significant upset victory against league-leading Changwon LG. The final score was 79-62, with Kevin Kempao delivering a standout performance with 21 points.

The game, played at Changwon Gymnasium on February 16th, saw Sono dominate from the first quarter, overwhelming LG’s offensive efforts.

Key Performances Drive Sono to Victory

Sono’s offensive strength proved too much for LG to handle. Nathan Knight contributed 12 points, effectively challenging LG’s Assem Marey under the basket. Lee Jeong-hyeon added valuable support with 5 points and 2 assists.
