Pierre Codomier: A Self-Defense Expert
Pierre Codomier, a dedicated practitioner of judo, aikido, karate, and jujitsu, has utilized his extensive knowledge and experience to create a unique self-defense course. With a relentless pursuit of improvement, Codomier’s passion for self-defense has led him to establish a weekly course at the Sébazac dojo.
Empowering Individuals Through Self-Defense
Aligned with self-defense legislation, Codomier’s course focuses on developing mental attitudes, behaviors, and innate reflexes, combined with practical techniques from jujitsu.
