Practicing yoga means uniting from the inside to find harmony. Yoga will be the first tool to strengthen your body’s immunity throughout the seasons. Grounding sessions for stability and confidence around postures, breathing and relaxation to integrate each session by reappropriating your body, your breath, and welcoming your self by allowing the body to regenerate.

A practice to experience “total letting go”, union and balance. No level is required and it is possible to join the classes during the year. They are adapted according to the morphology of each person with the possibility of practicing on a chair. – Every Monday from 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. (dance room at the corner of rue Saint-Jean and rue des Écoles). Other classes are taught in the Touluch Studio every Thursday at 4:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. The classes are given by a yoga teacher certified by the Kundalini Yoga Federation.
