Norderstedt (em) At the Schwerin Hermann Cup there was a shower of medals for the judoka from TuRa Harksheide and a mixed result at the Hamburg State League for the Norderstedt judoka. At the start of the year, a Norderstedt delegation from TuRa Harksheide traveled to Schwerin.
With 7 starters at the Hermann Cup on January 11th/12th, 2025, the judoka achieved the following results:

At the second home fight of the Hamburg State League in Judo on January 15th, 2025 in the TuRaner Dojo on the parade ground, the Norderstedters met two “heavyweights” of the Hamburg League, TH Eilbeck and Eimsbüttler TV. The Norderstedters threw everything on the mat to score points here.
This was initially successful against Eilbeck and TuRa won narrowly and with a bit of luck, winning fights 5:4. The Norderstedt athletes lost 1:8 against ETV, although the result was clearer than the performance: two duels were lost despite an initial lead, one due to a penalty and another extremely close. “With more luck and concentration, this team fight could have ended well for TuRa,” is how TuRaner head coach and judo veteran Dominik Falk commented on the encounters. The points against Eilbeck were scored by Hannes Jacobs, Jalil Zobdeh, Jule Jacobs, Alyssa Göhring and Liv Striebeck – Hannes Jacobs scored against ETV.
