The main goal of this day is to bring and start the sport of judo to people with disabilities, promoting its sports values, as well as its physical and psychological benefits for all people. They are also on purpose, to be trained
judo technician in specific paralympic judo subjects.

The event is aimed at people with disabilities (all disabilities) who want to enjoy a day of introducing judo, as well as their partners. No previous experience is required. The Paralympic modality is practiced by judokas with visual disabilities, with professionals from this field today who will conduct practical activities for all registered.

It is also intended for judo teachers, coaches and technicians who want to train in the practice of Paralympic judo. Theory and practice sessions will be held throughout the day.

The event will take place on November 9 at the Frontón Adarraga facility (CTD Adarraga, Logroño), and will consist of two sessions.

Tomorrow’s session is aimed at people with disabilities without / with judo experience, teachers and coaches. There will be training for teachers and coaches, followed by an experience table with Paralympic judo medals, ending with an introduction to the judo session for all participants. The afternoon session is aimed at federated judokas, teachers and coaches, and will include training focused on judo training for people with visual disabilities. In addition, RFEJYDA, FEDC, ONCE and FEMADDI will present the project “Creation and renewal of the network of “Reference Centers” for the practice of inclusive judo, aimed at judo teachers and schools.

To participate in the event, prior registration is required. The event costs €5, allocated entirely to the development of the day.
