Double Krawietz/Pütz in the quarterfinals
Melbourne – The German tennis doubles Kevin Krawietz/Tim Pütz averted an early exit at the Australian Open for the second match in a row. Despite falling behind again in one set, the US Open finalists won against the Belgian Sander Gille and the Pole Jan Zielinski 6:7 (4:7), 6:4, 6:4 and moved into the quarterfinals.
