The Public Prosecutor of the Judicial Unit Specializing in the Fight against Terrorism and Transnational Organized Crime, during a lively press briefing at his office, on Wednesday September 25, 2024, ordered the opening of an investigation on the tendentious statements of France24 journalist Wassim Nasr.

In a presentation made to the press by Ms. Hadiza Manzo, her deputy, the public prosecutor noted that he was able to ”notice that for some time, a journalist from the French channel France 24, named Wassim NASR indulges in tendentious comments the day after each terrorist attack committed against the States of the Confederation of Sahel States.
